The electrochemical and spectroscopic properties of Tb(III) in molten LiCl-KCl eutectic at high temperatures were investigated using cyclic voltammetry and time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy. The diffusion coefficient of Tb(III) was deduced to be 2.06 x 10-5cm2/s.
