Chronopotentiometric techniques were used to investigate the diffusion of Pb2+ in fused mixtures at various temperatures. The results, for temperatures of between 665 and 865C, could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 2.88 x 10-3 exp[-8.568(kcal/mol)/RT]
