By using chronopotentiometric measurements, the diffusion of ThIV ions in melts at temperatures of between 1000 and 1200K was shown to be described by:
log[D (cm2/s)] = -2.0868 – 2670/T
with a value of 3.06 x 10-5cm2/s at 1100K.
