Measurements were made of Ti2+-ion self-diffusion, in molten samples, by using the porous-frit technique. It was found that, at 450 to 556C, the results could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 2.2 x 10-3 exp[-6.0(kcal/mol)/RT]
