Conductivity methods were used to determine the diffusivity. At 800K, the O-ion diffusion coefficient was equal to about 4 x 10-14cm2/s. From this and previous data, the Arrhenius relationship was deduced to be:

D (cm2/s) = 3 exp[-2.2(eV)/kT]
