Voltammetric and chronopotentiometric methods were used to study the electrochemical behavior of Cu in the ternary melt at 750C. The electrochemical reduction of Cu ions was a single-step process, with the reversible exchange of one electron at a Cu electrode. The diffusivity of Cu+, as determined by means of chronopotentiometry, was equal to 2.8 x 10-5cm2/s.
