Single crystals were diffused with 110Ag tracers, and their profiles were determined by using serial sectioning and radioactivity measurements. From the results, the diffusion of Ag+ ions at -6 to 96C was found to be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 7.582 x 10-5 exp[-0.093(eV)/kT]
