A study was made of isothermal gas release from single crystals which had been irradiated to a neutron dose (E ≥ 10keV) of 5.8 x 1015/cm2. The data for Xe diffusion in α-Cs0.99K0.1I could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 0.4 exp[-0.98(eV)/kT]
