The diffusion of 51Cr was studied at 976 to 1231K by using serial sectioning techniques. The diffusion coefficient could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 1.1 x 100 exp[-2.00(eV)/kT]
The results could not be explained in terms of then-current models for impurity diffusion. G.Neumann, M.Pfundstein, P.Reimers: Physica Status Solidi A, 1981, 64[2], 225
