The diffusivity in 3.8at%Al alloy was determined by measuring the rotating-frame nuclear magnetic relaxation time of 27Al. The results could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 3.0 x 10-2 exp[-1.80(eV)/kT]

The present data were slightly different to those obtained by using tracer measurements.
