The diffusivity at 317 to 385C was measured by using Auger electron spectrometry. In rapidly cooled samples, the results could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 1.30 x 10-11 exp[-0.72(eV)/kT]
In the case of slowly cooled samples, they were described by:
D (cm2/s) = 1.18 x 10-10 exp[-0.82(eV)/kT]
