The impurity diffusion of In was investigated by using the radiotracer technique and isotopes 114mIn. The In was chosen with the aim of simulating Al diffusion; for which no suitable radio-isotope was available. The data could be described by:
Fe74.5Al25.5 (A2/B2): D (cm2/s) = 1.9 x 100 exp[-2.22(eV)/kT]
