The impurity diffusion of Zn was investigated by using the radiotracer technique and 65Zn. The Zn was chosen with the aim of simulating Al diffusion; for which no feasible radio-isotope was available. The data could be described by:

Fe67Al33 (A2/B2):     D (cm2/s) = 4.3 x 101 exp[-2.49(eV)/kT]
