The impurity diffusion of In was investigated by using the radiotracer technique and 114mIn. The In was chosen with the aim of simulating Al diffusion; for which no suitable radio-isotope was available. It was found that the diffusivity
of In was slightly higher than that of Fe in all cases. The data could be described by:
Fe52Al48 (B2): D (cm2/s) = 5.4 x 101 exp[-2.66(eV)/kT]
