The impurity diffusion of Zn was investigated by using the radiotracer technique and 65Zn. The Zn was chosen with the aim of simulating Al diffusion; for which no suitable radio-isotope was available. It was found that the diffusivity of Zn was slightly higher than that of Fe. The data could be described by:
Fe52Al48 (B2): D (cm2/s) = 1.2 x 102 exp[-2.60(eV)/kT]
