Ribbons of the metallic glass were prepared by means of melt-spinning, and the diffusivity was measured at 215 to 270C by diffusion-annealing in P vapor and by measuring the resultant concentration profiles using secondary ion mass spectrometry. The results could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 4.47 x 10-1 exp[-1.85(eV)/kT]
