The diffusion of H was studied in cylindrical and spherical specimens. The results could be described by:

spherical (206-606C):     D (cm2/s) = 6.5 x 10-3 exp[-0.40(eV)/kT]

cylindrical (200-650C):     D (cm2/s) = 5.4 x 10-3 exp[-0.40(eV)/kT]
