The diffusivity of O was deduced from emf measurements which were performed on solid electrolytic cells at 873 to 1373K. The data were described by:

D (cm2/s) = 1.10 x 10-2 exp[-27.5(kcal/mol)/RT]

The O diffusivity was independent of the O content.
