The O diffusivity in 0.6at%V alloy was deduced from emf measurements performed on solid electrolytic cells at 873 to 1373K. The O diffusivity in a sample containing 0.62at%O was described by the parameters: ln[Do(m2/s)] = -13.27 and E = 124kJ/mol.
