From low-temperature nuclear magnetic resonance data, the diffusivity of O was found to be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 3.2 x 10-6 exp[-0.73(eV)/kT]
and the correlation factor was deduced to be equal to 0.77. This result was consistent with the operation of a monovacancy diffusion mechanism.
