The migration of V in 2N7-purity samples was studied. The self-diffusion coefficient was found to be described by:

< 1400C:     D (cm2/s) = 1.1 x 102 exp[-61.0(kcal/mol)/RT]

> 1600C:     D (cm2/s) = 5.8 x 101 exp[-91.5(kcal/mol)/RT]
