By using radio-tracer techniques, the diffusion of T in 3N-purity material at temperatures of 303 to 473K was found to be given by:

D (cm2/s) = 1.73 x 10-8 exp[-4.94(kJ/mol)/RT]

When electric fields of up to -0.05V/cm were applied, the effective charge on T was deduced to be 2.05e.
