The diffusive behavior of O was studied at 550 to 850C. The results could be described by:

(650-850C):     D (cm2/s) = 1.5 x 101 exp[-54.7(kcal/mol)/RT]

(550-650C):     D (cm2/s) = 1.07 x 10-1 exp[-45.5(kcal/mol)/RT]
