Large-grained specimens of body-centered 19%Nb cubic alloy were studied at 620 to 1173K. The diffusion profiles were determined by means of secondary ion mass spectrometry. The data exhibited a smooth temperature-dependent behavior across the monotectoid temperature (875K) and could be described by:
D(m2/s) = 10-9exp[-1.4(eV)/kT]
