Secondary ion mass spectroscopy was used to study the chemical diffusivity of 18O in c-textured YBa2Cu3O7-δ/SrTiO3 epitaxial thin film. By fitting experimental data to the one-dimensional diffusion curve, the apparent diffusivity along the c-axis was found to be 1.02 x 10-14cm2/s at 350C. For a film with a 7000 x 7000Å mosaic size, the results fitted:

D(cm2/s) =  3.55 x 10-5exp[-1.03(eV)/kT]
