The effective diffusivity in Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3 ceramic samples was measured by means of radiotracer depth profiling. The data could be described by the expression:

D(cm2/s) = 2.1 x 10-6exp[-96(kJ/mol)/RT]
