The diffusion of B at 900 to 1200C in 30%Ni alloy was measured by means of particle-tracking autoradiography. The results could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 1.9 x 10-2 exp[-27.5(kcal/mol)/RT]

It was found that the B diffusivity in -Fe increased as Ni was added.
