The diffusion of oxygen in single crystals was measured by using the gaseous exchange technique, giving the relationship:
D(m2/s) = 0.105 exp[-394.6(kJ/mol)/RT]
for an oxygen pressure of 26.5 to 30.0kN/m2 at 1423 to 1673K.
