Self-diffusion in single crystals was measured at 496 to 640K. The diffusion of 122Sb could be represented by:
D(m2/s) = 4.6 x 10-6 exp[-1.52(eV)/kT]
along the c-axis and by
D(m2/s) = 1.34 x 10-4 exp[-1.71(eV)/kT]
perpendicular to the c-axis.
