The dislocation climb energy and stacking-fault energy were determined in Ni-30%Co samples deformed to 20% by drawing. The relative dislocation density decreased linearly with increasing annealing time. Below the Curie point, the dislocation climb energy was 8.5eV; corresponding to a stacking-fault energy of

35mJ/m2. Above the Curie point, the corresponding values were 6.5eV and 52mJ/m2.
