Diffusion coefficients were measured by using Boltzmann-Matano techniques at 230 to 473K:
D (cm2/s) = 4.0 x 10-4 exp[-1.65(kcal/mol)/RT]
The coefficient decreased linearly with increasing H content in all of the alloys. The diffusion results did not agree with the localized deep trapping of H by Ti atoms.
