The diffusion of Ni was studied at 1000 to 1200C. The results could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 3.0 x 10-3 exp[-8.7(kcal/mol)/RT]
N.Sano, S.Honma, Y.Matsushita: Metallurgical Transactions, 1970, 1[1], 301-3
The best linear fits to the solute diffusion data ([473] to [487], [517] to [528]) yield:
Ag: Ln[Do] = 0.33E – 15.5 (R2 = 0.73); O: Ln[Do] = 0.69E – 13.2 (R2 = 0.998);
O(l): Ln[Do] = 0.42E – 9.4 (R2 = 0.98)
