It was recalled that a previous paper had analyzed an atomic model for the migration of substitutional solute atoms in dilute body-centered cubic alloys under irradiation. The present paper proposed vacancy and interstitial jump frequencies, and other parameters, for using this model in the practically important case of the migration of P atoms in ferritic pressure-vessel steels. These were obtained by reconsidering previously obtained data.
