The effect of illumination upon Ag diffusion in diode structures at room temperature was investigated by using a radio-tracer technique. The effect of photo-stimulated Ag diffusion at room temperature, with a coefficient of 1.2 x 10-11cm2/s, was equivalent to the thermal diffusion of Ag at about 150C.
