Previous optically detected magnetic resonance studies of molecular beam epitaxy grown N-doped material were extended so as to include frequency-dependent studies of the g = 1.38 line. The shape of this line at 9 and 35GHz was very close to that of a powder pattern that was usually found in randomly oriented solids. Lowest-order simulations revealed an axial symmetry with g|| = 1.27 and g = 1.38. The symmetry and randomness suggested that the donor was associated with dislocations.
