The time-resolved spectra, of the luminescence which was excited by a pulse dye laser at various energies, were investigated. It was found that, when h was less than 2.25eV, a prominent structure appeared in the R-band of the luminescence. Excitation spectra of sub-bands were obtained, with maxima at 1.78, 1.83, 1.90, 1.96, 2.05 and 2.15eV. The 1.90eV band was effectively excited within its contour. In the case of the 1.96eV band, the excitation threshold matched the energy position of a center, (VZn- + D+ + TeSe), which had previously been detected in Te-doped material.
