Results which concerned the behavior of H in II-VI compounds were reported. Local vibrational modes which were associated with acceptor impurity-H pairs were detected in samples of As-doped ZnTe (2014/cm) and P-doped ZnTe (2193/cm) which had been grown by means of metalorganic chemical vapor deposition.
