The tracer diffusivity of 110Ag in dense polycrystalline samples was measured at temperatures ranging from 600 to 800C, under an O partial pressure of 0.1MPa, and at 700C, under O partial pressures of between 1kPa and 0.1MPa. Standard sectioning and counting methods were used. It was found that the results (table 20) could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 8.9 exp[-181.4(kJ/mol)/RT]
They were not very sensitive to variations in the O partial pressure.
