The properties of TlSbOGeO4 monocrystals, which had the KTiOPO4 structure, were studied. A transition from a polar (space group Pna21) to a paraphase (space group Pnan) occurred via a ferroelectric phase transition at 272K and an antiferroelectric transition at 286K. In the paraphase state, the crystals exhibited superionic conductivity, with an activation energy of 0.17eV.
