An investigation was made of the preparation, morphology, structure, thermal expansion, surface composition, and electronic and ionic conductivities of La0.70Ca0.30MnO3 perovskite. The ionic conductivities (table 80) were determined by using encapsulated zirconia micro-electrodes, and a Hebb-Wagner analysis of the current versus voltage curves.
