A 7Li nuclear magnetic resonance study was made of the amorphous bronze, V3LiO8 (prepared at low temperatures) or crystalline samples (prepared at high temperatures), by measuring the line-widths, spin-lattice and spin-spin relaxation times. The self-diffusion coefficient was equal to 10-9cm2/s. This value was lower than the chemical diffusion coefficient which had been measured by using electrochemical techniques. This discrepancy was explained in terms of differing contributions to the enhancement factor.
