The conditions of formation, via radio-frequency sputtering, of O-deficient thin films of the oxide were studied. The interdiffusivity of Li+ ions in the thin films was determined, by using electrolytic methods, as a function of the O deficiency and Li content. It was found that the diffusivity was equal to about 10-15m2/s at 296K. The diffusivity increased with increasing O deficiency and decreased slightly with increasing Li content.
