Measurements were made of compositions in the Li2SO4-xLi2MoO4-2xLi3VO4 system, where x was equal to 0, 0.5 or 1, at temperatures ranging from 500C to the melting point (table 169). It was found that all 3 solids exhibited superionic phases at temperatures which were just below the melting point. In this phase, the conductivity decreased but the activation energy and the extent of the superionic phase increased at higher x-values. The transition temperature between normal and superionic phases decreased with the x-value.
