Data (table 9) on H permeation through liquid Al were determined, by using a capillary technique, on the basis of the time-lag which was required in order to attain steady-state flow. These data obeyed the relationships:
permeation: P (cm2/s atm½) = 3.86 exp[-23.9(kcal/mol)/RT]
diffusion: D (cm2/s) = 2.34 exp[-15.0(kcal/mol)/RT]
solubility: S (cm3/100g) = 1.65 exp[-8.9(kcal/mol)/RT]
