The Gorsky relaxation due to H was studied in disordered and ordered samples, and the H diffusivity was determined at temperatures ranging from 273 to 533K. It was found that the diffusivity in disordered material (2.2at%H) could be described by:
D(cm2/s) = 0.0051 exp[-0.38(eV)/kT]
while that in long-period superlattice material (6.3at%H) could be described by:
D(cm2/s) = 0.0047 exp[-0.46(eV)/kT]
and by:
D(cm2/s) = 0.86 exp[-0.78(eV)/kT]
in ordered material (L12 1.4at%H).
