The micro-domain structure of the phase was studied by using transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction techniques. The results revealed an orthorhombic superstructure. Direct evidence of multiple micro-twinning was found. Sub-microscopic twin domains extended along the [46¯1]-[4¯61] directions, and were 3 to 5nm wide in the [021] direction.
