Equilibrium configurations of 3-fold composite dislocations, which included either intrinsic-intrinsic or intrinsic-extrinsic stacking faults, were calculated within the framework of isotropic elasticity theory. A comparison of the theoretical predictions, with experimental observations of Lomer-Cottrell dislocations in the present compound, suggested that some of the observed configurations were not at equilibrium.
