The conductivity and dielectric relaxation of a ceramic specimen was studied by means of impedance and modular spectroscopy. The static dielectric constant at room temperature was found to be equal to 5.0. The temperature dependence of the ionic conductivity exhibited 3 characteristic conductivity regions, with corresponding activation energies of 1.8eV (anti-Frenkel defect formation), 0.81eV (defect migration) and 0.48eV (defect association).
