Dislocation mobility in quasicrystals was calculated using basic thermodynamic and hydrodynamic equations. The dependence of the dislocation mobility upon viscosity, vacancies and phasons was given. It was shown that the phasonic defects made the major contribution to the inverse mobility of the free segments of dislocations.
