Research of Complications Effected on Structure Angles of the Hyperboloid Twist Drill

Article Preview

The complications that effected on key geometry parameters of the drill point had been searched in this paper by the result of 3D figuration simulation. The simulation result solved the quantificational change relations between the main structure angles of the hyperboloid drill and its figuration configuration parameters on numerical value relation. This method will give a theoretic basis and effectively optimize method for practically drill and grinding.
